Unless you?re a vegetarian, you?ve likely had chicken fixed in any number of the following ways: fried chicken, baked chicken, broiled chicken, grilled chicken, chicken salad on lettuce, barbecued chicken or chicken fingers. Did you know that you could do more with chicken than fixing it like that? Chicken is a very versatile meat and is quite easy to dress up. In fact, the number of ways you can prepare chicken are limited only by your imagination and your ability to think outside of the box.
Another way you can dress up chicken is to change the side dishes you serve with chicken. This report, however, will focus on ways to dress up the humble chicken itself, but will also give at least one recipe for a new side dish.
As mentioned above, people generally will prepare chicken in the way that is most familiar to them ? which leads to that proverbial rut. When you?ve cooked chicken in the same ways so many times, it?s no wonder your family gets tired of it. They?re looking for some culinary excitement, and you?re just the person that can give it to them!
